This individual will play a crucial role as lead advisor on our Wealth Advisor Team by directly providing exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Must have:
  • clean U4 and background checks
  • minimum of 3 years experience working with clients’ investments and financial planning
  • CFP® or ChFC® (or completion soon) and Series 65
  • Must love the planning profession and be excited about helping clients achieve their investment and financial goals
  • Strong financial planning software and SalesForce experience

Key Responsibilities:

· As lead advisor, lead a team laser-focused on excellence in client total wealth care

· Provide scheduled portfolio & comprehensive financial planning advice

· Rapid, caring response to client queries & requests

· Provide ongoing advice to firm clients – not a sales position

· Collecting & updating client financial data collection

· Gather, organize, and ensure accuracy and completeness of relevant client information, including financial statements, investment portfolios, and personal financial goals.

· Financial software management including input and management of client data.

· Update and maintain client profiles within the software platform.

· Generate reports and analyses as needed to support client meetings and presentations.

· Financial analysis including portfolio, insurance, tax, estate, retirement, asset protection

2. Lead advisor; management of client book with access to paraplanner support staff

Key Metrics:

· Deliver quarterly portfolio and scheduled financial planning advice timely

· Have 2-way discussion with client via phone or email each quarter by mid quarter

· Document and manage planning to dos to completion including recap emails to client & report updates re task status (including client to dos) and task completion

· Respond to client service requests calls and emails immediately – no later than noon of following day latest

· Oversee & manage your support team to timely and accurate completion of delegated tasks

· Appropriate estate, tax & asset protection referrals to wholly-owned affiliate TaxMaster

· Appropriate conversion of client outside assets to Camarda management

· New client referrals from existing clients

Qualifications

· CFP® completed or very close to completion.

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field

· 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a similar client-facing role

· Series 65 or Series 66 license

· Knowledge of investment solutions, financial planning strategies, advisory back-office operations

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using investment software/planning programs

· Experience with Money Guide Pro or other similar financial planning software (Preferred)

Senior Personal Wealth Advisor (SPWA)
SPWAs function as lead advisors on a team of specialists. This position typically requires a current CFP®, CPWA® or ChFC® designation, and extensive financial planning related experience. SPWAs are responsible to provide ongoing wealth advice and investment counsel to firm clients once introduced and onboarded by EVPs. While the SWA role is primarily a consultative, not a sales, role, sales skills are important in helping lead clients to decisions believed to be in their best interests, as well as developing client referrals and transferring clients’ outside assets to our care where appropriate. SPWA advice is based the firm’s written best practices algorithms for specific planning situations under the mentorship of the Chief Wealth Officer.

Specialists will typically rotate and deliver specialized advice to each client quarterly. SPWAs work from the firm’s proprietary “Wealth 360” integrated master plan for each client and liaise with the clients’ tax, legal, & other advisors as needed. Compensation is comprised of a competitive base, with strong performance-based profit-sharing bonuses, and very generous AUM production incentive pay. For those interested in career growth beyond advanced wealth management, career tracks are to EVP business development or PWA department and firm general executive management.

PWAs act as client-facing advisors on the PWA team, under the mentorship of the SPWAs, providing direct client counsel and assisting the SPWAs in more complex planning. Advisors in this position typically have completed financial planning centric undergraduate education, have several years of planning-related experience, and are working toward (or have recently competed) a CFP® or ChFC® designation. As for SPWAs, compensation is comprised of base salary, performance-driven profit sharing bonuses, and generous AUM production incentive pay. While not a sales position, persuasion skills are important in helping lead clients to decisions believed to be in their best interests, as well as developing client referrals and transferring clients’ outside assets to our care where appropriate. Career enhancement tracks are to Senior Personal Wealth Advisor or EVP business development opportunities.
